random narcissistic post. 

been sieving through old blog drafts, like those i've uploaded the pictures but haven't typed out the words yet.

some are more than a year old can you believe it!!!

im so ashamed of myself, sorry guys thats really some really solid procrastination there, causing those posts to never see the light :(

just deleted some in fact, sobs?!

i'm really gonna spend some time to finish typing texts into overdue posts tomorrow, and post those that i truly still want to share, even though its majorly overdue.

but for now, you'll have to make do with some shameless selfies first im sorry hahaha.

really like my makeup in this photo though is this a justified reason to post this???

i've been watching youtube makeup tutorials and i love those natural looking makeup!!

like those makeup youtubers look soooo good and chio even with natural looking makeup (which still  requires alot of steps did u know haha exposing their secret lol)

and then i think, will i look like that too if i follow the tutorial?

meanwhile... i've been looking like damn cui these few days, dont even bother wearing nicer clothes to school to make up for the general cui-ness sigh.

but why arts people so hardworking ah, everyday dress up nicely for school i really applaud their hardwork!!! like really!!! cos i can't find any motivation AT ALL to do that. 

eek.

maybe after a good sleep tonight i'll find motivation to actually do something tomorrow lol.

(highly unlikely but ok never mind haha)

Classic Red Lip

hello! just a short pictorial post for a classic red lip look i used in my latest lookbook shoot here.

the main features of this look would be the dewy skin, doe eyes and bright red lips.

i would say its slightly korean inspired if you ask me!

i got a few queries on the products used, so i'll address them here quickly.

for the lips, i used silky girl's new matte range lipstick in siren red.

for the eyes, just the usual naked palette 1 & 3.

and lastly, for dewy skin, i added a new product, guerlain's meteorites in claire.

i swirl a fluffy brush over the meteorites and either use it lightly as a finishing powder or to highlight the high parts of the face (cheekbones, nose bridge etc)!

its so pretty and gives off a nice glow without being shimmery (if you get what i mean!)

the colour of the silkygirl lippie is closest here, just a bit brighter/redder.

its definitely not orange like in the other photos.

also, newfound love for the low pony as my daily to go hairstyle, cos its classy, so easy to tie and a great way to beat the heat!

Hola there! 

So... some time back i was really bored cos it was mugging and mugging non stop nearing the exam period, so during a short break in between i dug out old photo albums to look at. 

And look at what i found!! :)

It doesn't matter how young i was cos surprisingly i can remember everything so vividly, perhaps cos i really loved every moment in that beautiful countryside, that beautiful country.

Birthday

So... i celebrated my 18th birthday in school recently (or rather by the time this is posted it'll be "some time ago" oops!) 

I would say most of it isn't a surprise cos i already found out beforehand ;) As usual i saw through burden sylvia's non-existent pokerface hehe. 

Nonetheless. i am extremely grateful to everyone for remembering my birthday and putting in so much effort to plan the celebrations, cos it was 2 weeks to A levels and it would be an understatement to say that everyone is busy!

Yes this bunch of sillies bought me a helium giraffe and zebra lol!!! 

I was zookeeper for the day hehe.

My giraffe has gone through natural selection and gained new adaptations to fly lolol

Thanks for making me embarrassed cos i had to string along my giraffe and zebra the whole day hahaha.

It was the last day of school so basically we were fooling around during free time hehe.

On a side note im supposed to be Aurora (sleeping beauty) cos i used to sleep in every lecture possible XD But im a changed person alr ok!! Very attentive one hehe.

I thought two animal balloons were enough but... apparently i got another gigantic one!! 

I kept getting boxed by my own balloon but its okay hahaha it made me happy XD
