hello everyone!! 

i'm starting on my korea trip posts, which will consist of quite a few parts cos i took so many gorgeous photos there! 

the scenery is really pretty and definitely worth sharing so do keep a lookout for them here and on instagram @etherealpeonies as well!!:)

we touched down at incheon airport around 9am local time and explored the area while waiting for our flight to jeju which was in the afternoon:)

first stop- fairytale village!

we were just walking by this random street when this super friendly dog came out to greet us!!

it was so cute it kept sniffing us and we just stayed there for about half and hour playing with it hehe.

i joined my aunt's family for this trip btw! my parents were in singapore:)

day 1's otd features these items btw(i got multiple emails about where my coat is from already!)

the weather was quite cold and we were used to it yet since we just touched down, so we ended up in a cafe for some hot chocolate!

the flight didn't cause hair static for me woohoo (cheap thrills teehee)

every alley here is so colourful and full of life.

if only singapore was more open to this kind of...art, which would probably be deemed as "graffiti" unfortunately..

i call this the overly pink lane hahaha

next stop- jeju island!

i've been to jeju exactly 10 years ago, so i don't remember much about it other than visiting a teddy bear museum haha.

the wind here is absolutely...unforgiving.

yes that'll be the word to describe it.

we were fighting with the wind the whole time cos its made our hair fly everywhere and we look like mad people in photos! 

times like these i wish i had short hair haha.

by this point i kinda already given up on battling the wind lol. 

posting this cos... just look at my grandma hahahaha 

most epic grandma award anyone?

dinner was simple korean fare, but it provided much comfort from the cold weather outside.

and thats it for day 1!

we didn't do much really, most of the time was spend transiting from airport to airport and just trying to adapt to the local environment.

day 2 will be more exciting i promise!!

Turquoise Daisies~

Day out with my family on Sunday!:)

I've just had a haircut and treatment done from Style Lab (@Scape) and i'm really pleased with it! Will be doing another post on that soon ;)

Pre haircut: Thick and kinda heavy hair. After photos in another post!

The Design Closet Daisy Print Dress (Turquoise)

Review: Bought this dress because of its design!:) Love the small cute daisies and turquoise is my fav colour!:) Length is just right for me and its cinched in at the waist with a side zip:) But its still abit too big for me at the waist area, nonetheless it can be solved with a belt:) Made of very lightweight material but i don't think its sheer because of the colour. A very good buy cos i really love the design!<3


Lunch was at Vivocity with my parents;)We tried out this chinese restaurant called Hei Se Hui (Bosses) :O

Fried fish thing which doesn't look all that good but tastes really good!!

My fav dimsum dish of the day!! Liu Sha Bao<3 Its so yummy ^^

Look at all the goodness inside lolol. I'm craving for some now ><

Of course with every dim sum meal there has to be Xiao Long Bao:)

Pan fried Bee hoon, the atas(?) style lol! Never seen before this kind of cooking style, the bee hoon is really all stuck together like a pan cake, and really crispy:O

And on the day home there was some NDP thing (ok now this post's lateness is exposed...)

Just a casual OTD to sunday brunch:) Reviewed the TDC top before in yellow:) Liked it so much that i hunted it down in white/pink:) material is fab, worth every cent^^

Review(Greenpoppies denim shorts): My fav pair of mid wash shorts!!:) quality is superb and just look at the cute gingham checks at the bottom^^ I think its super cute hehe. And the shredded detail is nice too:) I paid less than $30 incld shipping for this so its rly worth it:) I think its alr oos though:O

Review(Swivelle cross slit top): Finally got this piece from BO!:) Waited about 5weeks for it.. Actually i had a piece from the original batch, but it had a defect:( Loving this top nonetheless! The strings and cut out details are so prety^^ And there are subtle pleats at the back too:) Very versatile! And if you tuck it out and tie it with the sash(i tied it around the skirt in this case) it looks like a piece off Celine's runway haha. Minus the strings XD Also, Swivelle's CS is awesome;) They refunded me for postage costs+ gave me free reg postage and they reply very fast:) thumbs up!
