Classic Red Lip

hello! just a short pictorial post for a classic red lip look i used in my latest lookbook shoot here.

the main features of this look would be the dewy skin, doe eyes and bright red lips.

i would say its slightly korean inspired if you ask me!

i got a few queries on the products used, so i'll address them here quickly.

for the lips, i used silky girl's new matte range lipstick in siren red.

for the eyes, just the usual naked palette 1 & 3.

and lastly, for dewy skin, i added a new product, guerlain's meteorites in claire.

i swirl a fluffy brush over the meteorites and either use it lightly as a finishing powder or to highlight the high parts of the face (cheekbones, nose bridge etc)!

its so pretty and gives off a nice glow without being shimmery (if you get what i mean!)

the colour of the silkygirl lippie is closest here, just a bit brighter/redder.

its definitely not orange like in the other photos.

also, newfound love for the low pony as my daily to go hairstyle, cos its classy, so easy to tie and a great way to beat the heat!
