hello everyone!

i know i haven't been updating much recently, thats cos i've been prepping for mid terms and been spending time with loved ones as much as i can recently, so do pardon my lack of updates!

but im rather active on dayre and instagram @etherealpeonies :)

so its time for my monthly hair treat at headlines hairdressing!

this month i'm giving my tresses a break and staying away from colouring etc, so i did a scalp and hair treatment this time round!

here's a before shot, my hair is really dry from both bleaching and perming, so a treatment is definitely much needed!

these are the products used for scalp treatment.

its from the matrix series and this brand is used in many salons worldwide!

first step will be the exfoliator, to remove buildup and dead skin from the scalp.

second step will be shampooing, using a refreshing mint scalp shampoo.

third step will be a cooling and soothing mask for the scalp.

and last step is an ampoule, for softening the hair follicles to stimulate healthy hair growth!:)

as for hair treatment, nic used the mucota series for me, which i love cos it smells so good!

this mucota hair treatment is a three step process and it coats the hair with a protective layer that lasts for about a month:)

the light blue and purple ones are for moisturizing the hair, while the darker blue one is a spray which contains protein for the hair:)

and voila!

the end result which im so pleased with as usual!!

still loving my hair colour so much, it looks really nicely blended here doesn't it;)

and i really don't have the skills (and patience) to blow my hair so nicely everyday, so i'm always glad to have nic do it for me and i can have a really good hair day hehe!
