Peace.

In our busy lives, its so important to find that inner peace in you where you can shut out the noise, 
and find yourself.
Don't get overwhelmed by all that is happening.
Sit by the sea and just enjoy the breeze, carefree; with nothing on your mind.
Feel how peaceful it is, and remember that feeling always.
Think of it in times of stress, when a million things are running through your mind.
This, takes skill and time.
Learn.
Learn to find that peace which keeps you sane.
I know i'll be trying.
